The Zapata County Fair Arts & Crafts, Photography, and Baking committee will be having a participant/parent meeting for all individuals interested in participating. We will be discussing new rules and procedures for the contests.
Meetings will be held at Zapata Co. Pavilion on the following dates:
Tuesday, Feb. 17th and Tuesday, Feb. 24th at 6:30 pm.
All participants (students and adults) and parents MUST attend one of the meetings. Failure to attend one of these meetings will automatically disqualify a participant.
We will be collecting the entry fees at this time. Cost is $15 per category. Entry forms and rules and regulations may be downloaded from the ZCF website at www.zapatacountyfair.com
